Product layout specialist (Minsk)

Responsibilities:

  • Product merchandising of the company's goods in retail outlets across Minsk;

  • Shelf-life monitoring and expiration date control of the products;

  • Placement of promotional and POS materials.

Requirements:

  • Readiness for a mobile/field-based work environment and physical activity;

  • Desire to grow and develop within the sales field;

  • Availability of a valid medical certificate (the cost will be fully reimbursed upon presentation of receipts).

Revenue Management Analyst (Minsk)

Responsibilities:

  • Generation and updating of analytical reporting for revenue management using Power BI;

  • Tracking performance dynamics of key performance indicators (Market Share, Price Index, discount depth) and formulating corrective actions;

  • Analyzing trade investment efficiency (discounts) and developing conclusions aimed at maximizing key performance indicators;

  • Developing promotional guidelines, including the selection of promo mechanics, frequency, discount depth, and sales channels;

  • Planning key metrics broken down by channels and retail chains;

  • Approving discounts in the system to ensure compliance with established strategies and the official discount policy;

  • Analyzing product visibility and shelf presence efficiency;

  • Supporting the sales team with commercial calculations regarding trade investments;

  • Cross-functional collaboration across various departments.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in processing large datasets, building dashboards, and data visualization (MS Excel, Power Query, Power Pivot, DAX, Power BI);

  • Strong understanding of FMCG business economics;

  • Robust analytical skillset;

  • Prior experience in Revenue Growth Management (RGM), Category Management, or Trade Marketing will be a distinct advantage;

  • English language proficiency at an Intermediate level or higher (both verbal and written).

Forklift Operator at the Finished Goods Warehouse (Lida)

Responsibilities:

  • Performing loading and unloading operations using a forklift (loading and unloading trucks within established timeframes);

  • Sorting and organizing the warehouse and order picking zones;

  • Picking and assembling products according to order requests;

  • Ensuring the safety and preservation of products.

Requirements:

  • Valid forklift operator license / certification;

  • Proven experience operating a forklift;

  • Knowledge of forklift technical operation and safety rules;

  • Basic PC proficiency.

Construction Site Manager (Lida)

Responsibilities:

  • Team Management: Task setting, performance monitoring, and staff development;

  • Organization and Supervision of ongoing construction and engineering works at the enterprise;

  • Quality & Deadline Control: Ensuring all works are completed on schedule and meet quality standards;

  • Facility Management: Organizing site operational activities, including managing relations with third-party cleaning companies;

  • Facility Inspection: Monitoring the overall condition, maintenance, and operation of buildings and premises;

  • Executive Reporting: Providing daily and weekly reports on work progress, budget utilization, and critical issues;

  • BTI Interaction: Coordinating with the Bureau of Technical Inventory (BTI)—preparing document packages, supporting surveying/measurement activities, and acquiring technical passports and floor plans for subsequent property registration and cadastre updates.

Requirements:

  • Higher Education Degree in Industrial and Civil Engineering (Civil Engineer qualification);

  • Advanced proficiency in reading blueprint drawings and technical project documentation;

  • Strong experience working with construction master schedules;

  • Proficient PC user (MS Office, AutoCAD);

  • Deep knowledge of construction codes, regulations, and standards (SNiP, TKP, GOST, SanPiN related to construction and occupational health); construction technologies; fundamentals of cost estimation and planning;

  • Specialized knowledge and understanding of the specific design and construction requirements for food production/food-grade facilities;

  • Understanding of waste management regulations for construction debris, wastewater disposal, etc.;

  • Foundational knowledge of contract law;

  • Experience working under international standards (GMP, ISO 22000);

  • Proven track record of handing over "turnkey" objects/facilities into operation;

  • Skills in drafting formal legal claims and complaints to contractors/suppliers.

Equipment Setup Technician (Lida)

Responsibilities:

  • Performing repair, setup, adjustments, and technical maintenance of processing and auxiliary equipment;

  • Identifying, troubleshooting, and preventing technical malfunctions and equipment failures.

Requirements:

  • Specialized secondary technical education (relevant field);

  • Skill grade/rank not lower than the 4th category (разряд не ниже 4-го);

  • Proven experience in machinery setup and adjustment;

  • Prior experience working in food production/manufacturing environments;

  • Deep understanding of internal mechanisms and safety regulations for operating power tools;

  • Ability to read engineering drawings and blueprints;

Working Conditions:

  • Shift-based work schedule: 12-hour shifts from 8:00 to 20:00 / from 20:00 to 8:00;

Equipment Maintenance Manager (Lida)

Responsibilities:

  • Organization and control of the PM system, including preventive/predictive maintenance (ППР), technical servicing, and equipment repairs;

  • Leadership of maintenance departments, workshop mechanics, and technical staff (KPI setting, performance monitoring, prioritizing tasks, and strategic development);

  • Budget planning and control for maintenance operations, as well as supervising the submission of requests for spare parts and external contracting services;

  • Failure analysis (RCA), downtime, and equipment wear-and-tear tracking, followed by the development of corrective and preventive actions (CAPA);

  • Participation in and leadership of investment projects aimed at production modernization and development;

  • Management of technical documentation, equipment asset registration/passports, and executive reporting;

  • Implementation of LEAN, PDCA, Kaizen, and TPM (Total Productive Maintenance) systems to monitor and improve overall equipment effectiveness (OEE);

  • Organization of training, onboarding, and competency assessments for technical personnel.

Requirements:

  • Advanced user of Microsoft Excel, Office 365, Microsoft Project, PowerPoint, and AutoCAD; familiarity with specialized systems: Novi, Machine Track, Energy Track, QMS, and PLM;

  • Proven track record in budgeting, equipment modernization, and the execution of capital investment projects (CapEx);

  • Solid experience in organizing the operation, servicing, and repair of heavy industrial equipment;

  • Proficiency in the English language.
