On June 12, State Institution “Republican Scientific and Practical Center of Transfusiology and Medical Biotechnology” will thank each donor with Lidski kvass

On the occasion of World Blood Donor Day, JSC “Lidskoe pivo” and State Institution “Republican Scientific and Practical Center of Transfusiology and Medical Biotechnology” will conduct a joint campaign in Minsk. The company will thank blood and plasma donors with its products. Each person who donated blood on June 12 in the Center gets Lidski kvass.

On Sunday June 14, 2020, WHO and all countries celebrate the World Blood Donor Day, which is even more significant this year. Blood and its components are necessary for emergency medical care and treatment of many diseases, including COVID-19. Today, all efforts are mobilized to fight the virus. The actions of the state, volunteers and socially responsible business are aimed at the comprehensive support and protection of medical workers. This campaign is the first one aimed at supporting ordinary people of various professions who help others as much as possible.

In this difficult period, we support our consumers and medical workers. #DomaDzelyaSvaikh is a whole series of activities and obligations undertaken by Lidskoe pivo that we are implementing to encourage and unite people considering forced social distancing, noted Valentina Bagniya, Head of Marketing Department of Lidskoe pivo. We handed out masks in shopping centers and established communication with consumers so that people stayed at home, we allocated drinking water to institutions admitting patients with COVID-19. Blood donation, especially during the pandemic, is an important initiative that could not remain unnoticed.

Lidski kvass will be presented to donors on June 12 at the Republican Scientific and Practical Center at 160 Dolginovsky Tract. The company has prepared several hundred cans and will be pleased if there will be more donors.
