«Lidskoe pivo» company presented a new sort of "Master’s Collection"— American Black Ale

On April 11th «Lidskoe pivo» presented a unique for Belarus sort of beer — American Black Ale. This new beer was added to «Master’s Collection» craft series. The presentation of the sort took place at the semi-finals of LIDSKAE BEER MASTER professional bartenders contest.

American Black Ale from «Master’s Collection» has a dark, deep black and brown color typical for all ales and is a top fermentation beer. Alcohol percentage of the new beer is no less than 5.5%. Density — 13%. Bitterness (IBU units): 50-60. Color index (EBC units): 85. Recommended temperature — 12 °С.

A specific feature of the new sort is its rich composition of hops and malt. There were 4 types of brewing malt (pale barley, Dark Ale Malt, Chateau Black, Chateau Chocolat) and 4 types of hops grown in America (Centennial, Cascade, Chinook, Summit) used in American Black Ale.

American Black Ale from «Master’s Collection» will go in dark glass 0,33 l. and 0,5 l. bottles. The new sort is brewed as limited series as all the other representatives of «Master’s Collection» craft series — 130 000 liters.
