The Master’s Collection craft beer range has been expanded with a new variety. Especially for the beginning of the season, RASPBERRY FIELDS FOREVER, a classic wheat beer with the addition of natural raspberry juice, appeared on store shelves.
Pshanichnae with raspberries is a light unfiltered beer brewed using triple fermentation technology. Thanks to it, RASPBERRY FIELDS FOREVER has a lush foam and a mild wheat flavor with pronounced fruity notes of banana and clove. Natural raspberry juice adds a pleasant sourness and a delicate aftertaste.
For the preparation of this variety, the company uses German yeast and at least 60 % of imported wheat malt. The result is a rich, light beer of 4.6 % ABV.
RASPBERRY FIELDS FOREVER from the Master’s Collection is available in 0.5 L glass bottles and 20 L kegs. The recommended price is 2.56 BYN per bottle. By the beginning of the summer, Lida brewers promise to add RASPBERRY FIELDS FOREVER in 0.5 L cans to their product range. The packing will be of a convenient Upside down can format, which allows the consumers to appreciate the taste of a classic wheat beer sticking to all the rules of drinking this variety.
