Dark top-fermented beer, whose history began as far back as the 18th century. A distinctive feature of the variety is a palpable caramel flavor with notes of biscuit or roasted toast, a sweetish flavor with notes of chocolate and nuts.
The memorable taste of the product is created through the hops of East Kent Goldings, as well as the combination of malt Chateau Chocolat and Chateau Black.
