The start of the Lidskae BeerMaster contest, which will bring together representatives of the bartending culture from all over Belarus, has been announced. The winners will receive money prizes, while the visitors can expect bright flavors and original cocktails from the country’s best bartenders.
This year, the Lidskae BeerMaster bartending contest takes on a special concept: the organizers offer the contestants to draw inspiration from legends, cultural features and personally significant locations in their native cities or regions, transforming traditions into new taste discoveries.
Participation is open both for experienced bartenders and for young professionals aged 19 or older with a working experience of at least 6 months. During the qualifying round, the professional jury will evaluate concepts and recipes of unique cocktails based on Lidskae Premium. The winners of Lidskae BeerMaster will be determined in the final that will take place on June 4. The main prize is 8,000 rubles; second and third places will be rewarded with 5,000 and 3,000 rubles respectively.
This year’s innovation is the audience choice award. The best cocktail will be chosen via online polling, and its creator will be rewarded with a gift certificate for an exclusive tour of the Lida Brewery for a company of up to 8 people.
“Lidskae BeerMaster 2025 is not just a competition; it’s a chance for bartenders to show themselves as local lore experts, telling stories through taste. It is important for us that the contest becomes a bridge between Belarusian regions and inspires the contestants to experiment, to fuse traditions and innovations, revealing cultural wealth of Belarus through the art of bartending,” remarked the representatives of Lidskae Piva JSC.
Lidskae BeerMaster contest has been held since 2015 and is a significant event in the bartending industry of Belarus. Applications are accepted up until April 27, 2025; full rules are available on the project’s website.
