Pride of Nosel: The Art of Creating the Best

On February 21, 2025, the Pride of Nosel award ceremony took place in Lida. This award is for the employees of Lidskoe Pivo, like the Oscar for the film industry. For the third year in a row, about 200 representatives from all departments of the company gathered at the event to honor the best employees and the most successful projects implemented in the company over the past year.

According to the results of 2025, 17 team and 64 individual awards were presented, which emphasizes our unity and commitment to excellence. The total number of awarded employees exceeded 160 people. Each participant received a cash reward and souvenirs from Lidskoe.
This year, the event was held under the slogan "The Art of Creating the Best", and a special highlight of the evening was the presentation of a real "masterpiece of Lidskoe" - a unique painting that captures the faces of all those nominated for the Pride of Nosel award. This work of art has become a symbol of our common strength, traditions and aspiration for the best.
