Brewers of Lida brewed a new LІDSKAE Zіmovae

From the 3rd November there will appear a seasonal novelty — LIDSKAE Zimovae beer in the flagship line of the Lida brewery. For the first time ever, a beer under the above mentioned name was presented as a special winter sort in 2016, which was brewed in a limited batch for the New Year holidays. In this year, this sort has returned to the products assortment under the traditional name but with an innovative formula. At this time, the consumers will be able to try the LIDSKAE Zimovae beer with its spicy flavor and cardamom aroma.

LIDSKAE Zimovae is a special dark beer of low fermentation. Cardamom extract (natural extract from the spice seeds), which is added to beer at the stage of filtration, gives the beer a thin but impressive spice, intensifying its velvet notes.

Continuity of stylistics is observed in the design of LIDSKAE Zimovae. Just as in 2016, the label is made of foil paper and the silhouettes of snow-covered houses and ornaments reminding of fairy lights are placed in the dark background. In this year, the main attribute of the winter holidays may be guessed on a collar label, which is presented by the decorated Christmas tree.

Alcohol content in the novelty amounts to 5%. Dry solids weight ratio — 12.5%. Bitterness of the product amounts to 15-18 IBU, color degree — to 75 EBC. Recommended temperature of LIDSKAE Zimovae amounts to + 12-14 °C. The winter sort of «Lidskoe pivo» company can be the base for hot cocktails like Grog.

The novelty will be presented for sale in a limited batch — 160,000 liters throughout the winter season. Recommended price in stores is equal to 1.86 rubles per 0.5 liter glass bottle.

LIDSKAE Zimovae is a 10th novelty of Lida brewery in 2017.
