On June 20, a new product comes on sale, which is «Lidskoe» pale beer brewed for the 50th anniversary of the same brand.
The label and the bottle of the brand copy the stylistics of the beer produced 50 years ago following the idea from the chief brewer of the factory Maria Golyaeva and head of the laboratory Polina Smirnova. Lida brewers used the knowledge on the brewing technology and raw materials from the 1960s and created an updated recipe of «Lidskoe».
The new variety received a high density (13%) and an ABV of 5.2%. The beer is brewed with the use of the traditional Perle hop, which is characterized by distinct hop aroma without additional flavors or taste shades. The composition, along with the traditional light barley malt, included two more types of malt. «Chateau Munich Light» gave the beer a characteristic malty taste and aroma and deep color of straw and amber. «Chateau Carat Clair» added light caramel notes and color.
The anniversary beer will be produced until the end of 2017. The recommended price is 1.73 rubles for a 0.5 glass bottle.
